Refund policy

Since your portrait is a custom order, I cannot offer returns or exchanges. 
That being said, I want for you to be 100% thrilled with your order and final product.

I am happy to help you choose from several initial photos to make sure that your final product is eactly what you want. Also, once your "blueprint" drawing has been sent to you, I will make as many updates to it as necessary for you to be completely happy with it before I begin the cutting/gluing phases of the project.

Once the cutting/gluing phase has begun, after you have approved the drawing, no further changes can be made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
